Put the filter bags of herbs & spices in water to boil at medium fire for 30 minutes. Add ribs, garlic, thick soya sauce and salt to boil and simmer for another 1 hour. Add a little M.S.G if preferred. Serve hot with rice.
Store in a cool and dry place.
